UMEZALIWA ILI UFANIKIWE / YOU ARE BORN TO SUCCEED. HUFANIKIWI KWA SABABU ZIFUATAZO : --
Mambo kumi ( 10 ) unayopenda kufanya kila siku, ambayo yanakuzua isifikie ushindi wako :--
( 1 ). HUJACHAGUA KUWA MSHINDI.
Hatua
ya kwanza kuchukua ili kufikia ushindi kwenye maisha yako, ni kuchagua
ushindi unaotaka kwenye maisha yako. Upo usemi kwamba kama hujui
unakokwenda, njia yoyote itakuwa sahihi kwako. Hivi ndivyo wengi
wanaendesha maisha yao, hawajui wanataka nini, ila wako bize kweli
kweli.
Chagua leo unataka ushindi wa aina gani kwenye maisha yako ili uweze kuchukua hatua sahihi za kukufikisha kwenye ushindi huo.
( 2 ). HUJACHUKUA JUKUMU LA MAISHA YAKO.
Kama
umewahi kulalamika au kumlalamikia mtu mwingine juu ya jambo lolote
linalohusu maisha yako, basi jua unajizuia kushinda. Washindi wanachukua
jukumu la maisha yao kwa asilimia 100. Chochote kinachotokea kwenye
maisha yao, wanajua wa kwanza kulaumiwa na kulalamikiwa ni wao wenyewe.
Kulalamika na kulaumu ni rahisi, lakini inakufanya ujione usiye na hatia
na uwezo wa kupambana kwenye maisha yako.
Amua leo kushika hatamu ya maisha yako, chukua jukumu la maisha yako kwa asilimia 100 kwa kutokulalamika au kumlaumu yeyote.
(3 ). HUAMINI KWAMBA UNAWEZA KUSHINDA / KUFANIKIWA.
Unapokutana
na changamoto kidogo, unakata tamaa na kuona safari ya mafanikio
haiwezekani. Watu wanapokupinga na kukukosoa unawasikiliza na kuona wapo
sahihi kuliko wewe. Na hilo limekuwa kikwazo kwako. Ushindi unataka
ujiamini kupitiliza, uamini unaweza kufanya chochote unachopanga, licha
ya ugumu au changamoto unazopitia. Na ukweli ni kwamba, ukiamini na
kuamua, hakuna kinachoshindikana.
Jiamini kwamba unaweza kushinda, licha ya magumu na changamoto unazopitia, endelea kuweka juhudi na utafikia ushindi mkubwa.
( 4 ). HUNA MALENGO YANAYOPIMIKA.
Dhana
yako ya malengo ni potofu, kwa sababu unajiambia tu kwamba mwaka huu
nitafanikiwa zaidi, nitaongeza kipato, nitaanzisha biashara na
kadhalika. Kujiambia kauli kama hizo siyo malengo, bali ni matamanio.
Malengo ni pale unapopanga nini unataka, kwa kiwango gani na kufikia
lini. Kama umepanga kuanza biashara, unajiambia kabisa ni biashara ya
aina gani na utakuwa umeianza kufikia tarehe gani. Kama huwezi kupima
malengo, huwezi kuyafikia.
Weka
malengo yanayopimika na kila siku jipime kwa malengo hayo, gawa malengo
hayo kwenye hatua za kuchukua na kila siku chukua hatua hizo bila
kuacha na utafika kwenye ushindi.
( 5 ) . UMEKOSA UAMINIFU.
Umekuwa
unasikiliza kauli za wale walioshindwa, ambao wanaamini wale
waliofanikiwa kuna namna wamefanya. Utawasikia masikini wakisema
matajiri ni wezi na walaghai. Utawasikia wasioweka juhudi wakisema
waliofanikiwa wana bahati. Wengine wanakuja kwako na njia za mkato za
kufanikiwa, ambazo hazihitaji kazi yoyote. Wewe kwa kutokuijua misingi
ya mafanikio, unaingia kwenye mitego hiyo, kinachotokea ni unajikuta
unapoteza muda wako na hakuna hatua unazopiga.
Chagua
kuwa mwaminifu, kufanya kile kilicho sahihi kulingana na misingi ya
mafanikio na siyo kudanganyika au kufuata mkumbo. Njia zisizo sahihi
zinaweza kukupa ushindi, lakini hautadumu.
(6). HUWEKI KAZI.
Umesikiwa
watu wanakuambia usifanye kazi kwa nguvu, bali fanya kwa akili, wana
kiingereza chao wanakuambia Don’t work hard, work smart. Ni uongo,
hakuna ushindi unaopatikana bila kuweka nguvu na akili, tena kwa viwango
vya juu sana. Watu wengi ni mashabiki na wafuatiliaji wa michezo
mbalimbali. Nitajie mchezaji mmoja unayemkubali sana, ambaye wakati
wenzake wanaenda kwenye mazoezi ya nguvu, yeye anafanya mazoezi kwa
akili? Hakuna. Halafu wewe unajidanganya kwamba unaweza kufikia ushindi
kwa akili bila nguvu!
Amua
kuweka kazi, kazi hasa na siyo ya kitoto. Fanya kazi kwa juhudi na
maarifa, nenda hatua ya ziada, toa thamani kubwa na ushindi utakuwa
wako.
(7 ). HUTHAMINI MUDA WAKO.
Unauchukulia
muda wako poa sana, unautawanya kama vile una chemchem ya muda isiyo
kauka. Unapoteza muda wako wa thamani kwenye mambo yasiyo na mchango
wowote kwenye ushindi wako, kwa sababu hujui hata thamani ya muda huo.
Unahangaika na habari mbalimbali, umbeya, udaku, maisha ya wengine na
mengine mengi. Halafu unakuja kulalamika kwamba huna muda wa kufanya
zaidi yale uliyopanga kufanya.
Upe
muda wako thamani, jua ni kiasi gani cha kipato unataka kupata, kisha
kigawe kwa masaa na jua saa yako moja ina thamani ya shilingi ngapi.
Hivyo unapopoteza muda, unajua kabisa ni kiasi gani cha pesa umepoteza.
(8 ). UNASIKILIZA SANA HOFU ZAKO.
Hakuna
mtu asiyekuwa na hofu, ila wewe unazisikiliza sana hofu zako, hivyo
huthubutu kufanya kitu chochote kipya na kikubwa, kwa sababu unahofia
kushindwa. Wanaoshinda wanapata hofu kama zako, lakini wanajua dawa ya
hofu ni kufanya. Kuwa na hofu ni kawaida, ila kuzisikiliza hofu zako na
kuzifuata ni kuchagua kuukosa ushindi.
Amua leo kuchukua hatua kwenye yale unayohofia, kwa sababu ndiyo yamebeba mafanikio yako na dawa ya hofu ni kufanya unachohofia.
( 9 ). HUJIFUNZI KILA SIKU.
Unapata
muda wakula mara tatu kwa siku, kufuatilia habari, kufuatilia maisha ya
wengine na kulala, lakini unajiambia huna muda wa kusoma vitabu. Hapo
ndipo unapoagana na ushindi wako. Kwa sababu hakuna mshindi ambaye
hajifunzi kila siku. Moja ya mahitaji ya maisha ya ushindi ni kila siku
kuwa bora kuliko siku iliyopita, na ubora pekee utaupata kupitia
kujifunza kila siku na kufanyia kazi yale unayojifunza.
Chagua
sasa kujifunza kila siku, haijalishi siku yako imebana kiasi gani,
hakikisha unatenga muda wa kujifunza kupitia usomaji wa vitabu na
mafunzo ya aina nyingine. Usikubali siku ipite hujajifunza kitu kipya.
( 10 ). BADALA YA KUZALISHA MATOKEO , UNAZALISHA SABABU.
Kabla
hata hujaanza kufanya kitu, tayari umeshatengeneza sababu za kujitetea
utakaposhindwa kwenye kitu hicho. Hivyo badala ya kuweka nguvu zako
kubwa kuzalisha matokeo ya ushindi unayotaka, unapeleka nguvu hizo
kuzalisha sababu za kujitetea. Huwezi kuzalisha sababu na matokeo kwa
pamoja, chagua kuzalisha sababu na kuachana na matokeo au kuzalisha
matokeo na kuachana na sababu.
Kataa kuwa mtu wa sababu, kuwa mtu wa kujisukuma kwa kila namna kupata matokeo unayotaka, usiwe mtu wa kukimbilia sababu.
